Delivery service «DHL»

Parcels are delivered to your nearest DHL location or post office. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Shipping cost:

• 30 EUR for orders under 200 EUR;
• 20 EUR for orders between 200 EUR and 500 EUR;
• 10 EUR for orders over 500 EUR.

Delivery takes 14-20 work days.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

In order to clarify the nearest DHL branch, to change delivery point or time of delivery, you need to contact the company's office in your region. You can find contacts by the link.

The country does not have a duty-free threshold, all parcels are subject to duties and taxes, regardless of value. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

When importing goods, the following customs tariffs apply:

• customs duty up to 25% of the order value;
• import tax of 18%.

If your order is worth €200, customs will invoice you:

• up to €50 customs duties;
• up to €36 tax.

Total up to €86 per parcel.

Attention! Customs requirements and import conditions may vary depending on the contents of the package. In addition, customs may request additional documents for the release of your parcel. Changing the delivery country selection on the Coral Club website

If you are authorized:

1. Click "Other countries" to select a delivery country that is not on the list
   

   

2. A complete list of available countries, grouped by continent, will open. Select the desired country from the list and go to its website
   

   

3. The website language will be selected automatically
4. Log in to the website again

If you are not authorized:

1. Click "Other countries" to select a different delivery country
   

   

2. You will be redirected to the Coral Club Global website. It is always in English
3. Click on the text "YOU ARE ON OUR GLOBAL SITE | SELECT A MARKET SITE" next to the company logo
   

   

4. A complete list of available countries will be opened and grouped by continent. Select the desired country from the list and go to its website
   

   

5. The site language will be selected automaticall.

After payment is made and received  by the company, the order will be prepared and sent to the specified address by courier within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Any orders created, but not paid for are reserved for you and stored for 5 calendar days starting from the order date. If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be removed from the reserve.

An invoice is issued automatically. It can be paid at any bank.

On the payment form at the bank, be sure to indicate the first and last name of the person who made the purchase as well as the order number in the “Purpose of payment” field. Your bank may charge a fee, which is not included in the order amount.

Choose card payment when placing your order and tick the box agreeing to the company's terms. Then click "Proceed to Payment" and on the next page, click "Pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay."

After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the payment page. Please check the indicated order number and payment amount. If all information is correct, fill out the form on this page.

Please specify in the form:

• card number (full card number without hyphens or spaces)
• СVV2 / СVС2 code is a three-digit verification number that is written on the reverse side of your card and is required for online payments; depending on the credit card provider, it may be a CVV2 (Visa) or СVС2 (MasterCard) code.
• Card expiration date (it is necessary to specify the month and year of expiration of the card)
• Card Issue Number. This number is only available on certain cards from the UK (e.g. Maestro UK). If there is no such number on your card, skip this step.
• Card holder name (as it is indicated on the card).

Your contact information should include:

• Address
• Postal code
• City
• State / county
• Country (is entered automatically).

Click on the "Pay" button to confirm the payment.

Upon successful completion of the payment process, you can print a receipt.

PayPal is an international electronic payment system that provides simple, fast, and secure online payments.
You will be taken to the server of the payment system by clicking on the PayPal icon. Transaction data will be transferred via the user's browser to the PayPal server. On the payment page the amount and number of orders will be automatically displayed.

If you still have no account on the Payment System Site, but you have an active PayPal account, you can easily pay for your order on our site by using your e-mail and password. You do not need to add any money to your personal account, as funds will be withdrawn from the credit card you connected with your account.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please register with PayPal upon entering the site by clicking ”Create PayPal Account,” adding your data, and pressing “I accept and open the account.”
To carry out the payment process, please follow the system tips. At the moment the payment is done, the order receives the status "Complete.” This means that the order will be sent to a delivery service within a day, except days off and holidays.

Please note! Уou have 24 hours to pay for your order if you selected online payment. If you selected to pay via bank transfer, you have 5 days to proceed with the payment. If the order is not paid, it will be canceled automatically.

To make a payment via Sofortüberweisung you need a bank account in Germany and access to online banking.

Due to the confirmation of the transaction, your order can be processed much faster than usual with a bank transfer, and the order can be sent immediately.

Choose Sofortüberweisung as the payment method when you checkout. After confirming your order on our website, you will be redirected to the payment system website. Check the payment details and select your bank from the list. Please enter your access details (username and password) for online banking in the appropriate fields and click “Next”. Complete the process by providing a one-time iTAN code. The money will be withdrawn from your bank account at this bank.

A message about the successful completion of the transaction, after which your order status changes to “Preparing for shipment” within a few seconds, confirms your payment.

There is no extra charge for using Sofortüberweisung!

To become a Coral Club Member, you need to be referred by another club member. If you don't have a referral, our Auto-Select system will assign you an experienced Mentor based on your geographic location.
